Cross training hurts ...it's been a while since i've ran. I hope it helps my racing

Back To Training
So I'm going to use my blog going forward as a training journal. Sounds about right to me.
So, this is the begining of base training. I'm going to post every night so i can keep an acurate record. The Cycle-Ops Mag trainer will always be set to the hardest resitance. Base training should last 2-3 months...
Sept 23rd, Time on bike: 20 mins
Heart Rate Average: 126
Cadence Average: 86
Average Speed 16.05
