Work Work Work
So I know i need to be updating my blog for training. Over the weekend I did 30 miles. That's it. other than that I've been going manual labor to get my new house in order.

Running
So i'm running again. I took a break because life was hectic. Ran 1.5 miles in 13 mins average heart rate 141. Plan to hit the bike tonight

The Weekend
So had the kid the entire weekend. I'm so tired from it. I wish i had his kind of energy We did so much. We rode bikes, we went to the park, when played with friends. I didn't get to work out because it was just me. But i think all the running around counts for something. We rolled out another site over the weekend and it looks beautiful. We also signed all the final paper work for the house, We get the keys on tuesday or wednesday. We now have to get everything together for that. that's going to be tons of fun. My parents are already wanting to come and help with some of the work. It's going to be a long month

Catching up
Ok..life's been hectic. We hopefully close on the house on Friday and get the keys...to which i will try to get things cleaned up and worked on....first will come the light fixtures and a garage door openner so we can easily see and get into our new house. Next I will put a tarp on the roof so i can keep the rain from coming in until we get the roof repaired. I'll put a faucet in as well. these are should all only take one day to complete.
As for training
Did a 58 mile ride saturday. about 2700 feet of climbing. average 15.8 mph. heart rate about 155. about 3400 calories burned.
Nothing sunday till today .. this morning ran 1.5 miles. 13.5 mins. 145 heart rate average
